We keep personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy — including to respond to your inquiries, provide requested services, and meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements — and then delete or de-identify it. Retention periods vary by the type of information and the reason we hold it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect the information we hold against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping any credentials you use to access our services confidential.

12Notice to California Residents

We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information beyond the purposes permitted by law. 13International Data Transfers
We are based in the United States, and the information we collect is processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards — such as standard contractual clauses — for transfers of personal data out of the EEA or UK.
