Privacy Policy

Applies to DevtechServices.com.

Effective: June 12, 2025 Last updated: July 12, 2026

Devtech Services LLC (“Devtech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Policy explains what information we collect through our websites, how we use it, and the choices you have.

01Introduction

This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes how Devtech Services LLC collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information about you when you visit DevtechServices.com, DevtechServices.com, and any related pages, subdomains, or services that link to this Policy (together, the “Sites”).

By using the Sites, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Sites.

02Scope of this Policy

This Policy applies to information collected through the Sites. It does not apply to:

  • Third-party websites, products, or services that we link to but do not control;
  • Information you provide to us outside of the Sites (for example, in a signed client services agreement), which is governed by the terms of that engagement; or
  • Data we process solely on behalf of our clients as a service provider or processor, where the client is the controller. In those cases, the client's own privacy policy governs, and requests about that data should be directed to the client.

03Information We Collect

Information you provide to us

We collect information you choose to give us directly, such as when you fill out a contact or inquiry form, request a proposal or demo, subscribe to updates, or otherwise communicate with us. This may include:

  • Identifiers such as your name, email address, phone number, and company or organization.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Sites, certain information may be collected automatically by our servers and, where applicable, analytics tools, including:

  • Device and connection data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers;
  • Usage data such as the pages you view, the date and time of your visit, and the referring page; and
  • Information collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies & Tracking).
Adjust to reality

If a given Site is a simple static or informational site with no forms, accounts, analytics, or payments, delete the categories above that don't apply so the Policy reflects what you actually collect.

04How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide the information, services, or proposals you request;
  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Sites;
  • Communicate with you about our services, including updates you have asked to receive;
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security issues, and technical problems; and
  • Comply with applicable law and enforce our terms and agreements.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects about you without your knowledge.

06How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers. With vendors who perform services for us — such as website hosting, email delivery, and analytics — and who are permitted to use the information only to provide those services to us.
  • Legal and safety. When we believe disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Devtech Services, our users, or the public.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case we will require the recipient to honor this Policy or notify you of any material change.
  • With your direction. When you ask us to share your information, or otherwise consent to it.

07Cookies & Tracking Technologies

The Sites may use cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels and local storage) to keep the Sites functioning, remember your preferences, and understand how the Sites are used.

  • Essential cookies are necessary for the Sites to operate and cannot be turned off through our systems.
  • Analytics and preference cookies, where used, help us measure and improve the Sites.

Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Sites function. Where required by law, we will ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies.

08Third-Party Services & Links

The Sites may contain links to third-party websites and may rely on third-party services to function. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party service you interact with. Services we may use include:

  • Hosting and content delivery: Microsoft Azure, Render, Stripe
  • Email or form handling: Microsoft 365, Web3Forms

09Data Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy — including to respond to your inquiries, provide requested services, and meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements — and then delete or de-identify it. Retention periods vary by the type of information and the reason we hold it.

10Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect the information we hold against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping any credentials you use to access our services confidential.

11Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information:

Access
Request confirmation of whether we process your data and a copy of it.
Correction
Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
Deletion
Ask us to delete personal information we hold about you.
Portability
Receive certain data in a portable, machine-readable format.
Objection / Restriction
Object to or ask us to limit certain processing.
Withdraw consent
Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on it.
Non-discrimination
Not be treated unfairly for exercising your privacy rights.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Contact Us. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

12Notice to California Residents

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA/CPRA”), gives you specific rights regarding your personal information, including the rights to know, delete, and correct, and to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information.

We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information beyond the purposes permitted by law. You will not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. To submit a request, use the details in Contact Us; you may designate an authorized agent to act on your behalf, and we will verify such requests as the law allows.

13International Data Transfers

We are based in the United States, and the information we collect is processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. These countries may have data-protection laws that differ from those in your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards — such as standard contractual clauses — for transfers of personal data out of the EEA or UK.

14Children's Privacy

The Sites are intended for a general, business audience and are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

15Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no common industry standard for how to interpret these signals, the Sites do not currently respond to them differently. We will honor recognized opt-out preference signals where required by law.

16Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If the changes are material, we will provide a more prominent notice as required by law. Your continued use of the Sites after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
